Indulge your sense of adventure.
The central location of Hacienda Antigua offers our guests easy access to numerous points of interest up and down the coast. Take a trip to Sayulita, a vibrant tourist destination where rustic taco stands and tortillerías adorn the town square and shopping and restaurants abound. Or opt for the quieter San Pancho where La Patrona Polo Club attracts weekend visitors to wine and dine in the patio restaurant and lounge overlooking the game, and an expansive beach lines the charming town.
Closer to home, enjoy the pristine white sand beach of Lo De Marcos. This inviting and authentically Mexican town, mostly undiscovered thus far by foreign tourists, is located just five minutes from the hacienda. On many days you may have its wide expanse of beautiful, unspoiled beach to yourself. Sip a cold coconut, watch the local fisherman bring in their daily catch, and relax in the warm ocean waters. After an afternoon in the sun, enjoy a cold beer and fresh ceviche at one of the beachfront palapa-style restaurants.
Or travel north 30 minutes to Chacala which offers a calm bay with gentle surf for swimming, fishing and snorkeling. It also has some of the best surfing in the area! The pueblo sits under an ancient volcano where one can hike and look back on the sweeping vista of Chacala Bay.
With no shortage of places to explore, we promise each day will be filled with new discoveries and timeless memories.
